Rick and his team were excellent. Scheduling, communication and work was all timely and spot on. Josh and Viv communicated with us from the office, and Rick and the guys and Trav the electrician did a beautiful job. Haven't had to use the new system yet much... But I think with a forecast of 35, today will be the day 😊

I recently had the team from Fairbairns Heating and Cooling first service my spilt system air conditioner and gas heater, I then asked for a quote to supply and install another split system air conditioner.From the initial phone call to organize a service and then to the installation, approach made the entire process pain-free. They were professional and efficiently completed the work seamlessly. Yes the electricians came the next day but not an issueThey all even made sure to clean up any mess.It just showed on their family friendly business relationship, as I did shop around as normal but they are the ones I will highly recommend

Today l had my 20 yr old heater replaced by the Fairbairns team. I was very impressed by their service & pricing. It is good to see that good old fashioned service and friendliness still exists, they even bought my bin in from out the front. I would highly recommend them.

Recently had a 40 year old Brivus gas heater that died replaced with a new model. A very competitive price, excellent advice, high quality workmanship by diligent work force and responsive and useful after sales service. They installed 2 air conditioning units for us about 12 years ago and another about 2 years ago and was as impressed then as I am now. Have since found out several friends have had work done by them with the same high opinion. Highly recommended.

I recently had the team from Fairbairns Heating and Cooling supply and install some split system air conditioners into my home. At my home we had a ducted system installed over 15 years ago by Fairbairns, a split system about 5 years ago and just had the ducted unit replaced with a 6 star unit.Each time Fairbairns have been reliable and friendly. We also use Fairbairns at the College I work at and the same applies when they are there as well.Would have no hesitation in recommending Rick and his crew to anyone.

Had my old Vulcan heating unit replaced with a new Brivis unit from Fairbairns and they have done a fantastic job! Very competitive pricing and gave me a 9 year warranty for the unit. Highly recommended!
